1. The relationship

Seatify is a booking platform connecting audiences to comics and organizers. You retain full ownership of your show, content, and brand. We don't sign you, manage you, or take exclusivity - you're free to perform anywhere else.

2. Commission

• Seatify keeps a 10% commission on every paid ticket sold via the platform.
• For organizers with verified GSTIN, we apply 18% GST on the commission (not on the ticket value) as per Indian tax laws.
• Convenience fee charged to the audience (Rs.25 per seat + IGST) is retained by Seatify - it doesn't come out of your share.
• Tips on free shows - 100% goes to you. We charge no commission on tips.

3. Payouts

• Payouts are processed every Monday for shows that have occurred at least 48 hours earlier.
• Funds are deposited to the bank account you registered. UPI payouts are not supported for performer earnings.
• If your show is cancelled, the corresponding ticket revenue is held until refunds are completed, then settled.
• You are responsible for declaring this income in your tax filings. We issue a Form 26AS / TDS certificate annually if applicable.

4. Refunds & cancellations

• If you cancel a show, full refunds (including convenience fee) are issued to all ticket holders. The corresponding revenue is reversed from your pending payout.
• If a customer cancels per our standard policy (100% / 75% / 50% / 0% based on timing), the comic share is reduced proportionally.
• Disputes (chargebacks, fraud claims) are reviewed jointly. If a chargeback is upheld, the amount is debited from future payouts.

5. Show conduct & content

• You are solely responsible for the content of your performance. Seatify does not pre-approve material.
• Hate speech, content targeting protected groups, or anything illegal under Indian law is grounds for immediate removal and termination.
• Show details (venue, date, lineup) must be accurate at the time of listing. Last-minute changes need 48 hours' notice.

6. Data & audience information

You'll see anonymised audience analytics (city, age group, repeat ratio). You won't get raw email lists or phone numbers - that protects audience privacy.

7. Termination

• You can leave the platform anytime by emailing support@ahmad.in. Payouts for past shows are still settled in full.
• We may suspend your account for repeated cancellations, audience complaints, fraud, or content violations - with written notice except in serious cases.

8. Changes to this agreement

Material changes (commission rate, payout schedule) will be communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in the courts of New Delhi.
